They come apart easily for washing and drying, and even go back together easily, what a novel concept. They are sharp and have a few other features as described. We LOVE these scissors. They will outlive us.

These are the best scissors I’ve ever seen, and the last scissors I’ll probably ever have to buy.
The thing I hate about kitchen scissors is that they get filthy at the hinge and are incredibly hard/impossible to clean at that location. But because of the way these are designed, and because they’re made of stainless steal, you just clip them apart at the very clever hinge point, and you can either hand wash them very easily, or just stick them in the dishwasher.
And because they’re made of stainless steel, they will probably last forever. I recommend them to everyone I know because they’re just amazing.
