1. Direct from Japan: Items ordered from the TONMA official website generally ship directly from Japan via air freight to our transit hub in your country. Once the package arrives at the hub, it will be handed over to a local courier for final delivery.

2. Local Warehouse Priority: If the items you ordered are in stock at our overseas warehouse, we will prioritize shipping from there to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:

1. Direct from Japan: Within 15 business days.

2. Local Warehouse: Within 5 business days.
